Shipping policy

Most orders ship same day or one business day after the order is placed. We ship via USPS or UPS. The price is based on the weight of your order. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or major US Holidays. Custom embroidery items can take up to one week for turn around, but typically ship sooner. 

*Please note that if your order contains Pre-Order items, your order will ship complete to the respective date listed in the product description. If you need an item sooner, we suggest placing two separate orders, so that you do not have to wait on the Pre-Order item.
