Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item, with the following exceptions:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, dried or damaged in any way are NOT eligible for a store credit or an exchange. We are not responsible for shrinkage or damage that occurs during the washing or drying or wearing of the item. Such items, as well as items returned without the original tags attached, will be refused and returned to sender. All sale items are FINAL - No exceptions. 

 

TO MAKE A RETURN: Please email us at threelittlebearsblanks@gmail.com to receive a shipping label and further return instructions. You have 10 days, from the time the item is delivered, to mail the returned item back to us for store credit. Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt, order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, and mark the items being returned.If you would like a different size and prefer not to place a new order for the size exchange, please indicate the item and size desired and we will ship that item/size, if available, once your return has been received and processed.
